Community Support Worker - Multi Skilled Aged Care and Disability Experience

We care for the elderly and disabled in their homes day-to-day. You would be joining a kindhearted team who dedicate their time towards helping enable client independence as well as building relationships within the community.
Halo is currently looking for experienced NDIS Multi-Skilled Support Workers to service Armadale, Serpentine, Fremantle and surrounding areas with shifts ranging from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM .
In this role you will:
1. Provide Domestic Assistance services.
2. Provide social support and shopping assistance.
3. Provide personal care and medication administering.
4. Provide care, supports, and services in a safe and competent manner, with care and skill as detailed in the Support Plan.
5. Act with respect for the privacy of people.
6. Ensure only safe products are used during supports.
7. Provide food services to clients.
8. Be receptive to an individual’s needs and wishes.
9. Provide excellent customer service at all times.

What we require:
1. Full working rights.
2. Current qualification in Aged/Disability Care (Minimum Cert III Aged/Individual Support).
3. Minimum two years' support worker experience in a community NDIS setting (non-negotiable).
4. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
5. Medication Administration Competency/Experience.
6. Current First Aid and CPR certificate (non-negotiable).
7. A valid non-provisional WA driving licence.
8. A reliable safe vehicle appropriate to transport clients (non-negotiable).
9. Full comprehensive car insurance and registration (non-negotiable).
Our support workers must be confident driving around and servicing all suburbs southeast of Perth.
