Key Responsibilities:
1. Represent our client in a professional and courteous manner during all customer interactions.
2. Answer inbound calls.
3. Access the knowledge management system to provide accurate, timely, and relevant information to customers.
4. Display a customer-centric attitude and a solutions-driven approach in all interactions.
5. Use initiative to identify when issues need to be escalated or additional support is required.
6. Update the database as per required procedures and maintain up-to-date customer information.
7. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while meeting performance standards.
Application Requirements:
1. Previous contact centre or customer-facing experience is highly regarded but not essential.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
4. Focus on delivering accurate information and maintaining high standards of service quality.
5. Comfortable using computer systems.
6. Strong focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to quality standards.
7. Data processing.
8. A National Police Clearance is essential.
9. A Working with Children Check is highly regarded.
