Travel Agents/Consultants (Hospitality & Tourism) A successful corporate travel company is looking for a pro-active and experienced corporate travel professional to join them as a Corporate Travel Team Manager to manage a team of corporate travel consultants in their Melbourne office.JOB DESCRIPTION: Managing a team of corporate travel consultantsDealing with a variety of clients and offering excellent customer service to ensure renewed businessAddressing any issues that may arise from the Corporate Travel ConsultantsAttending client meetingsInvolved in account management, analysis, and reportingCollaborating with Senior Management to ensure positive and productive outcomes for business and staff goalsMotivating the team and ensuring the smooth operations of daily tasksProviding ongoing trainingKeeping all consultants up to date with any changes, errata, offers, etc.Ensuring duties are completed according to deadlinesWorking hands-on assisting with overflow bookings and leading by exampleWorking Monday to Friday office hours, with some flexibility for urgent client or team issuesEXPERIENCE REQUIRED: The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership experience and skills, be confident and pro-active in their approach to work.We require highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with excellent Corporate Travel experience and proven experience of leading a team.You will have current GDS and Corporate Travel reservation experience with strong fare knowledge and ticketing.THE PACKAGE: A competitive salary is on offer of $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience, plus incentives, super, and career progression.INTERESTED?
