A leading company in the transport industry are seeking an experienced HRBP to oversee the development and management of policies and controlled documents, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Head of Talent, this role is available for an initial contract until the end of 2025, looking for an immediate start Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the People Integrated Management System Develop, review, and maintain people policies, standards, and procedures Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory changes Collaborate with key stakeholders to align processes with business objectives Drive continuous improvement through policy analysis and stakeholder engagement About You: Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field Experience in a similar role Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work with ambiguity and deliver within tight timeframes This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on people policies and processes while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
