Your opportunity
As a Retail Assistant at Lincoln Sentry, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Trade retail storefront through providing an exceptional in-store experience. Working with your fellow Retail Assistants, Branch Manager, Area Manager and National Network Manager, you’ll confidently undertake a variety of tasks, from Warehousing to front-end customer sales.
Here’s what you’ll achieve here:
* You’ll proudly represent the Lincoln Sentry Trade Network and deliver on our commitments to safety and customer service excellence.
* You’ll aid in your store’s cost management strategies through maintaining high productivity, efficient usage of storage space, and proper protection of stored materials.
* You’ll uphold appropriate levels of housekeeping and maintenance to ensure your branch and warehouse reflects a professional appearance.
* You’ll collaborate with our national teams to ensure procedures and transactional actions are followed through.
* You’ll participate in creating a zero-harm work environment for our customers and our team.
What you’ll bring
* You’ll need a current and unrestricted Class C Driver Licence or higher.
* Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Although not essential, it would be great if you have...
* A Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain a Forklift Licence.
* Previous experience working in a Trade Retail environment or another relevant area.
