Responsibilities

Product Management & Producternance
1. Lead the producternance processes for the team, ensuring that any product development, modification or termination is undertaken in accordance with the Product Oversight &ernance Frameworks.
2. Lead product monitoring of key metrics (includingplaints, claims declines and loss ratio) to identify issues and trends and provide rmendations for product improvement.
3. Monitor regulatory requirements and changes to ensure Products remainpliant within local markets, and support implementation of required product changes.
4. Support development of products ensuring delivery of sustainable customer-centric oues andpliance with Allianz, Allianz Partners, legal and regulatory standards.
5. Support global 'Simplicity' principle, including deviation approval if required to meet local needs.
6. Contribute to the development of strategic options across the product suite, through the provision of quality advice and analysis.
7. Maintain quality of Product documentation ensuring all relevant manuals, guidelines, and documents are current.
1st Line of Defence Risk,pliance and Assurance
Support Product, Pricing and Underwriting functions on risk andpliance matters through the following activities:
8. Actively assist in identifying incidents occurring within the business functions and determine if they are risk, legal orpliance issues.
9. Lead the investigation and remediation of risk andpliance incidents, working collaboratively with the team, the business function and 2nd Line Risk andpliance teams to determine steps to implement immediate fixes to reduce customer and business impact, determine root cause, coordinate remediation and assist with the implementation of control strengthening actions.
10. Report all Risk andpliance issues relating to the business functions to the process owner, management and 2nd line Risk andpliance functions and provide timely updates to stakeholders as required.
11. Lead and/or support Operational Risk Assessments for Travel Line of Business projects including identification and rating of risks and control development, engaging with stakeholders across 1st and 2nd lines of defence, obtaining relevant approvals prior to project go-live and providing monitoring and assurance over controls post go-live.
12. Lead and/or support regulatory change projects relating to Product, Pricing and Underwriting including analysis of requirements, coordinating impact assessments and supporting implementation of key deliverables.
13. Perform reviews and assurance of controls to ensure adherence to policies and procedures and provide rmendations to ensure these are managing operational orpliance risks in your business functions.
14. Provide thought leadership regarding new processes or controls to meet emerging risks that may impact upon your business function.
15. Perform Risk and Control Officer approval tasks for public facing documentation for your business functional area in accordance with Public Due Diligence (PDDD) process.
What you bring
16. Senior experience in Insurance and/or financial services, with a significant portion in first line risk,pliance, or producternance roles.
17. In-depth knowledge of the insurance/financial services industry and related risk, legal, regulatory, andpliance requirements.
18. Extensive experience in incident management and a strong background in conductingprehensive operational risk assessments.
19. Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at senior and executive levels, working collaboratively and effectively across all tiers of the organization.
20. Demonstrated experience in leading and managingplex operational changes and initiatives.
21. Exceptional analytical skills, with a track record of conducting thorough investigations and delivering effective problem-solving solutions.
22. Strong strategic thinking capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and drive continuous improvement in risk andpliance practices.
