Part time, 21 hours per week continuing opportunity Utilise your expertise to offer financial guidance Base Salary $121,508 + 17% superannuation (pro rata) About the opportunityWe are currently seeking an experienced Financial Analyst on a part time basis.In this role you will collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders and offer expert financial guidance.Furthermore, the successful candidate will develop intricate financial models, drive budgeting processes, and enhance performance reporting to effectively communicate results.Your key responsibilities will be to:provide financial guidance, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to address complex financial challenges deliver insightful performance reporting, utilising an array of financial and non-financial KPIs to monitor and communicate results effectively produce intricate financial modelling and analysis for effective decision-making contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring precise alignment with the university & broader financial aspirations engage and build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating discussion to address concerns and gather feedback, ensuring alignment with work area goals coordinate and manage risk assessment activities within the work area, prioritising workplace health and safety and ensuring consistent alignment with university guidelines and best practices. About youbachelor's degree - In a relevant field or an equivalent combination of training and experience membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants or Certified Practicing Accountants Australia (preferred) previous experience in financial planning and analysis including budgeting and forecasting and financial reporting excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence developing and/or tracking financial and non-financial key performance indicators proven stakeholder relationship management skills, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
