We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Finance Administrator to join our growing team. If you have strong numerical skills, a solid understanding of financial processes, and enjoy managing administrative tasks, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Administration: Assist in the management of day-to-day financial operations, including data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
* Document Management: Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accurate filing of invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, as well as assist in the preparation for audits.
* General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and organizing documents.
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Basic understanding of financial principles and practices.
