Our client is very flexible on working hours start at 8.30am until 3pm make it work for you. You will be processing 2 process runs. 47 employees on our PPE Saturday payroll with funds transferred on Monday. This payroll is processed and 62 employees on PPE ending Sunday with funds transferred on Wednesday. This payroll is processed on Tuesday and Wednesday.Responsibilities:Accurate processing of two fortnightly payrolls using Attaché. Payroll information including budgets, Annual leave, other leave and Intercompany reports etc. Assist with the calculation and payment of termination payments (resignation/retirement/redundancy) when required. Provide timely and professional advice to managers and staff regarding pay enquiries.Conduct filing for Payroll purposes and maintain payroll filing system and current employee files in an accurate and orderly manner including archiving.Assist with the preparation of data entry for month end reports.
