We are looking for an Administration Officer to work with our team for 4 days per week. Hours for the position are 9.00am - 4.30pm, Monday / Tuesday and Thursday / Friday.This is a customer-facing role, responsible for maintaining all administrative functions for the business.This includes but is not limited to:Managing all phone inquiriesManagement of all emailsManagement of incoming mailProcessing of creditor invoicesProcessing of all sales invoicesProcessing payments and account follow-upOrdering of all suppliesTo be successful in this role you will require the following attributes and skills:Excellent presentationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA strong work ethic with a solution-focused approachAbility to work as part of a teamExperience with Xero would be an advantage; however, it is not essential, as training will be provided.
