About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is looking for a dedicated Learning Capability Coordinator to manage workforce education initiatives across the organisation. In this role, you will oversee the efficient operation of the Learning Management System (LMS), assist with content development, and coordinate vocational education programs. Strong communication, digital literacy, and project coordination skills are essential to drive and enhance learning and professional development throughout SWH.
Position overview
* Permanent, Full Time (80 hours per fortnight) with a monthly ADO
* Warrnambool Campus
* Administration Worker Grade 3
* Salary Range: $74,448 - $82,306 per annum, pro rata, plus superannuation
What you bring
The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), along with excellent communication and digital skills. They will have a genuine passion for advancing workforce education and vocational training initiatives.
Key qualifications and experience include:
* A minimum of a diploma-level qualification in education, human resources, organisational development, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
* A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or currently working towards it
* Proven experience in managing an LMS or similar platform to monitor and enhance staff capabilities and development
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with diverse audiences while fostering positive relationships
* Experience in identifying, evaluating, and sourcing external professional development and education opportunities that align with organisational, and workforce needs
* A collaborative and team-focused mindset, with a strong dedication to organisational values and a commitment to promoting a culture of learning.
