At Phillip Riley, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in VIC.As Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, making improvements to procedures and controls, as well as handling ad-hoc projects and requests as they arise.Main Tasks include:Prepare financial reportsReduce or maintain costsCashflow forecastingDrive continuous improvement of accounting practicesLiaise with auditors for annual monitoringIdentify cost-reduction opportunitiesManage employees in the financial departmentManage compliance requirementsPrepare monthly management accountsSupervise financial staffAdvise on investment activitiesAid management in financial decisionsCollect, interpret, and review financial informationDetermine profitabilityFormulate strategic and long-term business plansManage audit processes of current systemsImplement, monitor, review, and evaluate budgetary and accounting strategies, policies, and plans in consultation with other ManagersProvide financial information and interpret the implications for business performance and funding needsCoordinate the development, implementation, and monitoring of accounting systemsMinimum of 2 years’ experience required.Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted.Salary: $87,500 - $107,500 + SuperannuationJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
