Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Paint Prepper to join our team in Laverton.
This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role with a 7:00 am start and finish at 3:30 pm.
Responsibilities
* Prepare vehicles for painting by priming, buffing, and denibbing as per job sheets.
* Maintain high standards of vehicle handling and care.
* Cleanliness and organization of the work bay and workshop are essential.
* Adhere to our Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) policy, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Prepper or Painting role within the automotive industry or similar sector.
* Strong commitment to working safely and maintaining a clean workspace.
* High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork skills are essential.
* Australian work rights and a current driver's license are required.
