Key Responsibilities for the role Responsible for reviewing construction and structural documentation and technical specifications Assist the Design Coordinator with design management requirements and shop drawing reviews Assist with the coordination and management of subcontractors on site, including the review and issuing of RFI's while reviewing trade specific variations with the Contract Administrator Work closely with key stakeholders ( riggers, suppliers, operations team Assist with ensuring projects are tracked and managed in accordance with quality, OH&S and program requirements Skills & experience 2 Years in the Construction Industry Experience in warehousing projects Relevant site experience or Degree qualifications in Construction Management, Building and Construction, Engineering or relevant site background Knowledge and experience in structural steel - Mandatory Strong Communication Skills ( Written and Verbal) Excellent people management skills Ability to work unsupervised and be able to work within a team environment Be self-motivated with an outstanding work ethic Excellent time management and attention to detail Be proactive in maintaining a strong client focus Experience in Workbench (preferred not essential) Willingness to travel if required Benefits & Perks Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to lead and shape the future of innovative steel design projects Collaborative, supportive work culture focused on growth and development Career advancement opportunities within a rapidly expanding company About the company Experiencing exponential growth, the company pre engineer's steel offshore creating ready made components that are shipped to Australia and sent to site, reducing on-site construction, congestion and waste About us Need Recruitment support?
