About the role
* Deliver Occupational Therapy assessment, treatment and interventions as part of the multidisciplinary team, on an individual and group basis, for consumers with complex needs who require Secure Mental Health Rehabilitation Services.
* Maintain positive, collaborative and productive relationships with the wider Mental Health service Group and external agencies, promoting clinical and organisational improvement.
* Demonstrate responsiveness to the needs and aspirations of consumers/carers, with particular emphasis on the culture appropriateness of the care provided.
What’s on offer?
Permanent Full-time position.
Remuneration package of up to $132,567 p.a., comprising base salary range of $79,051 - $116,189 p.a. (+ applicable allowances/benefits) (HP3), recreational leave loading (17.5%), and employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%).
Eligible health workers who make the move (interstate or international) to work with us may receive up to $20,000 in incentive payments under the Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Incentive Scheme (conditions apply).

Role requirements
The successful applicant must hold a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification from an accredited tertiary institution in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Occupational Therapist Board of Australia (AHPRA).
