A well-established and fast growing manufacturing company are currently seeking an outstanding Sales Coordiantor to join their team.
Key Areas of responsibility Providing efficient and effective customer service and support to the clients and sales team, while undertaking a diverse range of administrative activities Handling and directing communications and enquiries received via telephone and emails from a vast variety of clients Managing project supply through the utilisation of our business management software.
Generating and processing quotations.
Liaising with internal and external service providers and suppliers to coordinate product supply.
Administer and maintain office systems, and CRM database.
General office and administration duties and any ad hoc duties as directed by the Manager Your Skills High level administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish good rapport with current and potential clients Excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and manage competing demands and shifty priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently, and as part of a team Desire to demonstrate initiative and achieve excellence in your role Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) In return the position offers on-site training and support and a friendly modern office with a terrific team environment.
