Customer Banking Specialist - YassCommonwealth Bank of Australia, Sydney, AustraliaPlease note that rosters are predetermined.Before applying please ensure you are available to cover the following roster:Part Time 20 hours per weekMonday to Friday: 9.30am - 1.30pm See yourself in our team The Retail Bank is the public face of CommBank - in branches, on the phone, through video conferencing and online.Together we deliver a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers.Do work that matters In this role you will work collaboratively with your Branch Manager and colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes for every customer you deal with.Your understanding of your customers and the Bank's offerings means you always know the right specialist to refer customers to for their more complex needs.As the Customer Banking Specialist in our Yass Branch, you'll:Have in-depth conversations with every customer about how we can support their overall banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.Support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products.Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes.Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.Problem solve & provide effective solutions whilst championing our processes, procedures & drive our risk-adverse culture.
