The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team as a Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, or Social Worker. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality evidence-based clinical care to children and youth, focusing on early intervention and support.
Main Responsibilities
* Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
* Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
* Engage with clients, families, and caregivers to build trust and promote holistic wellbeing.
* Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in mental health and related fields.
Requirements
* Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, General or Provisional AHPRA registration as a Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist OR AASW registration/eligibility as a Social Worker.
* Knowledge & understanding of the theory underpinning evidence-based interventions & clinical practice as well as demonstrated excellence in the practical application of such, in the areas of mental health and alcohol and drug use.
* Highly developed communication (including written) and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to engage with people, advocate on their behalf and establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, families & friends and stakeholders.
