Our Children's Therapies team provides therapy for children and young people aged 0 - 16 years with autism and developmental delays. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be providing therapy services in a variety of contexts including: at one of our hubs, the family's home, school, childcare or through telehealth. As part of your therapy, you will complete assessments, develop tailored goals with their families and provide holistic interventions targeted towards support the well-being outcomes for the child and their family.

What we are looking for:
* University qualifications in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership;
* Demonstrated experience working effectively with children with disabilities or development delays
* Demonstrated experience in the delivery of strengths-based, family centred and play based approaches to paediatric intervention.
* Experience with or understanding of the trans-disciplinary model.
* Experience with or understanding working with children and families from various cultural backgrounds.
* Demonstrated ability and/or understanding of coaching, facilitating, and bridging approaches to build the capacity of families and adults in children’s lives
* Current driver’s licence with the use of your own vehicle (KM and tolls reimbursement available)
* Strong ability to manage their time and meet targets (5 billable hours per day)
* Understanding of the NDIS
* Valid Working with Children's Check (WWCC), NDIS Worker Check and Covid -19 Vaccination
* Willingness to travel around surrounding area of servicing hub.
