The Role
Our client is currently seeking a Relationship/Operations Manager to assist running the sales side of this successful, high-performing agency. You will be the driving force that keeps this top business in order. Reporting to the Director and working within an elite team of staff, this role will see you utilise your administration, creative, and operations skills daily.
Your day-to-day duties will include but will not be limited to:
* Assist with onboarding new agents and attend recruitment meetings as needed
* Build and maintain strong relationships with agents
* Understand agents' goals and provide tailored solutions
* Collaborate with third-party providers to keep partners updated on industry trends and training
* Support agents with operational duties and meet deadlines
* Drive continuous improvement of daily operational systems and processes
* Coordinate with the marketing agency to develop and implement strategies for agents
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will have strong Real Estate experience, ideally in a similar position, or a strong history of managing a sales team. A valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License is essential to be considered. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Strong administration skills and computer literacy – you will be organised and thorough with meticulous attention to detail
* The ability to communicate at all levels
* Proactivity, punctuality, and reliability
* High standards of personal presentation
