Due to ongoing expansion of our business, we require the services of another Project Coordinator to join our team.
Our company is a well-known manufacturer of structural and stainless steel fabrications, that are supplied across New South Wales and Victoria.
In this role, you will:
1. Arrange shopfloor drawings, procurement of materials and surface coverings and delivery to site.
2. Liaise with suppliers and customers.
3. Ensure that your projects are completed within scope, schedule and budget.
4. Ensure health and safety compliance.
The successful applicant would possess the following:
1. A Bachelor's degree in any Engineering stream.
2. Managing multiple projects from scope definition until delivery, is preferred.
3. Experience on estimation of steel is preferred.
4. Need to have the ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
5. Knowledge of the structural steel fabrication industry and fabrication principles would be preferred.
6. Must be willing to learn and grow within the position.
7. Good communication skills are a must - both written and verbal.
8. Be able to work as part of a team as well as individually.
9. Possess excellent negotiation skills to achieve competitive prices from Suppliers for projects.
10. Must possess a valid Australian driver's licence.
11. Right to work in Australia.
