As an Internal Auditor at ACH Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring our internal policies and procedures are designed and operating efficiently.
You will support the coordination of legislative change activities, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
We require someone who possesses:

* The ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Policy Compliance
Conduct thorough audits on internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings.
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Legislative Change Management
Monitor and analyse legislative changes relevant to ACH Group.
Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with new regulations.
Continuous Improvement
Support continuous improvement initiatives and opportunities for process enhancement.
Mentor and educate staff on compliance and continuous improvement practices.
About You
We're seeking a skilled and motivated Internal Auditor who has:
* Experience as a lead internal auditor or certified Internal Quality Management System Auditor
* A nursing qualification
* Experience in conducting process audits across various disciplines
