About the Role
Are you passionate about creating safe and welcoming spaces? We’re seeking a dedicated Facility and Grounds Officer to join our team, responsible for the general maintenance of the interior and exterior of our Consumers' Homes. If you enjoy working in a supportive environment and have a knack for hands-on tasks, we want to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Conducting general maintenance tasks such as rubbish collection, light bulb replacements, and fire alarm battery checks.
Performing grounds maintenance to ensure a tidy and safe environment. We’re Looking for applicants with experience in building and grounds maintenance, including gardening.
Key Skills and Abilities:
5. Ability to work effectively within a team and engage with staff at all levels.
6. Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
7. Excellent communication skills, with an ability to connect with diverse individuals.
8. Proficiency in using hand and power tools and maintaining confidentiality.
