Our client is a global financial services & insurance provider with a stellar reputation in the market. They are seeking a professional Claims Administrator to join their organisation in their brand new office in North Sydney.
The Role
As a Claims Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Administration processing (payments, new registrations etc)
* Analysing reports for the team
* Market research and data analytics
* Customer Service
* Use of excel to generate reports and graphs
* Adhoc administration and data entry
You
As a successful Claims Administrator, you will offer:
* Full working rights in Australia
* Previous experience in a processing administration role
* Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry ideal
* Experience training or developing staff
* Exposure to claims administration ideal
* Excellent attention to detail
* Corporate, professional presentation
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
* Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint & typing skills
