Opportunity Objectives:
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator supports the New and Custom Homes Sales Teams in business development activities and strategies that will enhance this company’s significant Marketing and Social Media presence. As the pivotal link between the sales consultants, department heads, various external stakeholders, advertising agencies and the media, you will align social media activities, marketing, sponsorship and advertising with strategic business opportunities. Your objective will be to expand the company’s profile, leveraging its award-winning performance, and highlighting its many client relationships and excellent customer experiences, to convert new customer enquiries into secured project opportunities.
Key Deliverables:
As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator you will prepare marketing materials to align with the company’s premium brand and image, and promote new display home launches, industry events, award submissions and project successes. You will author and prepare EDM and Marketing Campaigns, Advertising, Website Content and Updates, and Media and PR materials. You will also manage project libraries, company submission templates and format engaging and winning documents incorporating the required elements of corporate and company profile and capability information in an inspiring manner. Reporting to the Contract Sales and Marketing Manager you will also assist the department Leaders in tracking new prospects, enquiries, opportunities and collate strategic “client-knowledge” to assist the organisation to align it marketing and industry prominence to engage and retain discerning clients.
Desirable Skills:
Suitable candidates will likely have demonstrated expertise in marketing, PR and brand management, document and content writing and website presentation within competitive sales environments. Your graphic design skills and flair to demonstrate the company’s significant capability and enhance the profile of the business and will set you apart. Your ingenuity, resourcefulness, and proven performance in informative and inspiring content and presentations will underpin your success. An attractive pro-rata salary will be negotiated to reflect this 2 days per week in-house permanent part-time opportunity.
