About the Position:
Our Gaming team plays a critical role in the ongoing success of our Club operations.
We are seeking a Gaming Host to join our Cardiff club operations team on a permanent Full-Time basis.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our gaming machines are serviced and running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing friendly and professional customer service
* Gaming machine service and maintenance
* Drink orders and delivery to machines
* Reset and payout jackpot wins
* Operation of Tab and Keno terminals
* Cleaning of work station and equipment
* Operation of tills and cash handling
* Collect glasses from the floor and return to bar areas for cleaning
* Assist the Duty Management team in coordinating shifts
* Provide training and mentoring to develop team members
* Promote a positive and supportive team culture
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
This position requires availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday.
Shifts are rostered from the evening through to early hours of the morning, so we need someone who is flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
This position is ideal for an experienced candidate seeking a pathway into a management position within our clubs.

Certifications required: RSA, RCG, Tab Basics and preferably ARCG

About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and has a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
Previous gaming experience in a high-volume gaming venue is preferred, as well as leadership/management experience in a similar club environment.
Working nights and weekends fits with your work/life balance, and you enjoy working in large teams and fast-paced environments.
