We provide support for our NDIS participants with disabilities to live their daily life and support them overcome any boundaries to reach their goals, while also having fun at the same time!Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rostering Officer to join our team in Hobart, Tasmania. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing staff rosters, ensuring optimal service delivery, and supporting our clients’ needs.This is a Mon - Fri 9 am to 5 pm office-based role.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain staff rosters that meet client and organisational requirements.Coordinate scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels and service continuity.Liaise with support staff and team leaders to address rostering needs.Monitor and adjust rosters in response to changes in client requirements or staff availability.Maintain accurate records and reports related to rostering and service delivery.Qualifications and Experience:Previous experience in rostering, preferably within the NDIS framework.Knowledge of MYP system, Flowlogic or any rostering software is highly desirable.Strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Successful applicants will be required to consent to reference checks and a criminal record check.Personal Attributes:Proactive and takes initiative.Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.Positive, friendly, and approachable demeanour.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.If you are someone who enjoys being the go-to person in a busy office, thrives in a supportive environment, and is passionate about contributing to the wellbeing of others, we would love to hear from you!What we offer:Supportive and friendly working environment.Fun activities that you can participate in, including playing musical instruments, games, community activities, and access to Rec centres.
