Nurse Next Door is looking for a superstar Care Designer (Senior Registered Nurse), who will ensure that our clients are safe and happy in their own homes and lead a team of caregivers who love what they do. You may know similar roles as a Case Manager or Clinical Care Manager.

Nurse Next Door has been operating in Newcastle and Maitland for over 2 years and is ready to spread our services comprehensively deeper into the Hunter Valley with a focus on Muswellbrook, Scone, Singleton, Cessnock and surrounding smaller communities that are in such dire need of reliable and high-quality home care.
As an experienced nurse with a standout passion for managing people and serving your community – You will be at the heart of this growth.
You'll be responsible for ensuring that our clients are safe and happy in their own homes. You'll liaise with potential clients, set up individualised care plans to meet their unique needs and build professional relationships in the health industry.

Reporting to our Managing Director, your role as part of our leadership team will be to help manage a growing team of caregivers and nurses, and will include but will not be limited to the following:
* Assist in the promotion, development and management of a growing client base in the regions mentioned above.
* Assist in the recruitment and training of caregivers and nurses who will be our heart and soul in the community.
* Meet with potential clients to consult on their options for premium home care services.
* Design tailored and meaningful client care plans that foster positive relationships between our clients and the Care Team.
* Oversee client clinical care and maintain meticulous care documentation records.
* Be accountable for maintaining the high clinical standards set by Nurse Next Door.
* Believe in Making Lives Better for our clients every day, through thoughtful care and support.

Job Requirement
* AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
* CPR & First Aid Certification
* Own reliable car & Current NSW Drivers License
* Working With Children Check
* NDIS Workers Clearence
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
* Availability to work occasional evenings, weekends and on-call as rostered (on-call is shared within the Management Team)
The position both requires and gives flexibility, with the aim of ensuring that a reasonable balance is achieved for our team and our clients.
