The Company
Our client is boutique accounting firm located in Malvern. Due to a promotion within the business, they are looking for a warm and welcoming Receptionist to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, and will assist the broader accounting team.
Your duties may include:
* Meeting and greeting clients
* Answering phones
* Email correspondence
* Maintaining the client database such as updating client information
* Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients in regards to general enquiries
* Notice of Assessments
* Preparing letters and other documentation
* Scheduling meetings and ensuring the meeting rooms are available
* Stationary and consumable ordering
* Any other adhoc administrative tasks as required by the Accountants & Partners
You will have:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Public practice experience would be advantageous
* Tech Savvy and able to pick up new systems
