Requirements
* Previous experience in customer service within the hospitality sector.
* Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, including table service, beverage expertise, event service, and coffee crafting skills.
* Ability to adapt to diverse food & beverage settings and work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Holding a valid RSA or equivalent qualification.
* Possess a passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals.
