The Project
The Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture is a 50/50 joint venture between CPB Contractors and Downer to undertake major upgrades and replacement of existing infrastructure and facilities to support Defence capability for the next 30 years.
The proposed project consists of a program of works across three Department of Defence establishments including:
1. Albury Wodonga Military Area (including North, South & East Bandiana, Latchford Barracks, Wirlinga)
2. Blamey Barracks (Kapooka)
3. RAAF Base Wagga
The proposed capital investment of $1.7b will incorporate a variety of elements including:
4. Construction of new messing and living in accommodation
5. Construction of new training facilities
6. Refurbishment and upgrading of existing buildings
7. Remedial works and upgrades to infrastructure services

Your opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Administrator to join the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture. The role will be focused on providing efficient project support and delivering accurate, timely and responsive administrative services.
Your responsibilities in the role will include:
8. Ensure all prepared material, documentation and correspondence is dealt with according to relevant procedures
9. Prepare debtor invoices, purchase orders and payments
10. Monitor payments and maintaining records of project revenue
11. Book travel and accommodation
12. Payroll Administration, tracking and processing timesheets
13. Manage and implement document control processes
14. Assist the Senior Project Manager with day-to-day administrative duties
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
15. Intermediate MS Word and Excel
16. JDE experience preferred but not mandatory
17. A demonstrated understanding of commercial and financial processes
18. Good written and verbal communication skills
19. The ability to prioritise and work effectively in a busy working environment
20. The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships internally and externally
This role is locally based and for those outside of Albury/Wodonga/Wagga areas, relocation is required. An attractive relocation package that includes removalist cost and a LAFHA (for eligible individuals) will be made available to the successful applicant.
