NCS Australia seeks a driven sales leader to spearhead growth in Canberra, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue and profit targets.
The successful candidate will collaborate with Sales, Capabilities, and Delivery teams to build strong client relationships and promote the NCS brand in the Australian market.
This role offers autonomy to influence offerings and make a genuine impact, developing strategies to grow our client base and drive market presence, particularly within the federal government space.
Key responsibilities include managing key accounts, creating value propositions, and crafting innovative solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals and deliver profitable outcomes.
A strong understanding of federal government sectors, including intelligence, law enforcement, and trade, is advantageous.
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
Qualifications
* Extensive business development and sales experience in a systems integrator and/or technology consultancy
* Proven track record of identifying opportunities and growing new business
* Strong network of federal government contacts and the ability to drive complex bids
* Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
