Based in St Leonards, very close to the train station, this role is perfect for someone who is available to start a new role immediately The role If you have extensive experience in an Accounts Payable setting coupled with an in-depth understanding of financial processes, a high level of Microsoft Office skills this could be the prefect role for you Key responsibilities of this role include; Performing end-to-end accounts payable functions Entering all invoices in an accurate and timely manner Preparing payment and EFT runs Bank reconciliations Monthly account reconciliations Management of the AP inbox Liaising with Site Management Assisting with general accounting procedures as required To be considered for this opportunity you will have; Demonstrated AP experience Experience using a large ERP system Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written Highly organised and excellent time management skills The ability to work autonomously as well as within a team Be values driven and enjoy people contact as much as you enjoy following processes and procedures Advanced computer skills – all MS office suite programs You can apply by clicking “apply now”.
