Responsibilities include: Promoting the Christian ethos of the College and developing positive culture around the College core values to achieve our vision and missionCollaborating with the Principal, Heads of Department, Teachers, Educational Assistants to deliver, review and improve the curriculum Leading teaching staff in best pedagogical practice Coordinating relief staffOrganising the College timetable including daily timetable, electives and subject selectionMonitoring, reporting and communicating to the Principal, SCSA and staff on student progressDeveloping and maintaining curriculum handbooks, policies and procedures relating to student learningOverseeing Learning Area programmes and ensuring assessments are in accordance with SCSA guidelines Overseeing the delivery of external testing including NAPLAN, OLNA and WACE examinationsOverseeing College academic events and managing staff accordinglyLiaising with the Learning Enrichment Coordinator to ensure the highest levels of support for studentsA teaching load up to 0.4 FTE Remuneration Remuneration will be discussed with the appointed staff member.
