Your opportunity
Every day will look different as you'll be hands-on in the world of HR and Safety supporting an expansive People & Culture team with all of the day-to-day human resources and safety requirements across the business.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to supporting these important deliverables:
* The employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding
* Triage of the HR mailbox
* Creation of employment contracts and supplement documents
* Contributing to the design and implementation of processes and tools to ensure safety governance across site
* Maintaining HR registers and databases
* Assisting with the delivery and roll out of key P&C strategic objectives
About you
You will be hands-on with a can-do attitude! Your genuine interpersonal skills and high attention to detail are second to none. Your energetic and friendly approach allows you to communicate clearly at all levels of the business and you thrive on operating in a fast-paced environment that will depend on you to successfully manage multiple tasks with changing priorities. You have:
* The ability to manage your own work and excellent time management
* Ability to exercise the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
* Comfort with multitasking and prioritization
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Show initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment and be a quick learner
* Team player and willingness to assist others
* Polite and energetic nature
Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated administration capability, not necessarily in a HR role
* Strong computer skills in use of Microsoft products (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
* Qualification in Work Health & Safety, HR Management, or Business would be highly advantageous, but not essential
