Ethos are currently recruiting for a Senior FP&A Manager to join a leading global services organisation based in WA. This highly regarded brand has been at the forefront of their industry for a number of years and is looking to maintain their position with significant investment in both organic and inorganic growth.
The role entails much more than your average group FP&A role with a real focus on providing insightful strategic analysis instead of a focus on churning out reports. As such, they require an inquisitive stakeholder manager who will engage with both the business and the executive to drive high-quality decision making.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and lead the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives to improve reporting processes, including developing and improving models and tools to assist in analysis.
* Provide decision support to BU level finance teams, learning and understanding key drivers of business and their impacts on group performance.
* Support M&A and organic growth activity across the group.
* Work closely with IT and BU finance teams to gather reporting requirements to develop informative dashboards, reporting suites, and analysis.
* Lead the business planning process, including strategic initiatives.
* Take ownership of the Budgeting & Forecast process and critically analyse to recommend required changes.
Candidate Profile
* CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent).
* Extensive business partnering experience at a senior level.
* Experience in undertaking commercial analysis of investment opportunities.
* Highly literate in the building of financial models.
* Experience working in a large complex group.
