Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee brand marketing initiatives, including loyalty programs and brand events.
* Assist in proposal pitches for clients and contribute to copywriting and proofreading tasks.
* Manage social media platforms, including content creation and engagement strategies.
* Plan and coordinate events, including launch events, and manage sponsorship relationships.
* Coordinate public relations activities and liaise with media contacts.
* Maintain the company's online presence, including website maintenance.
* Organize client gifts and manage project marketing materials such as brochures and newsletters.
* Manage marketing accounts and maintain relationships with suppliers.
* Coordinate project information packs and company signage.
* Attend internal and external company events as required.
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the property development or similar field
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Passion for marketing and creativity, with exceptional communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
