About the role:
The team frequently advises both domestic and international venture capital funds, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and other investors on their investments in early-stage and high-growth companies.
They represent some of Australia’s most innovative start-ups, spanning industries such as AI, climate technology, deep tech, fintech, and SaaS.
The ideal candidate:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in venture capital or private M&A
A strong interest in the start-up ecosystem and venture capital sector (prior experience in venture capital transactions is a plus, but not essential)
Excellent drafting abilities and analytical acumen
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for direct client engagement
Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission with outstanding academics – Distinction +
