Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionAbout the role: As an Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of trade services within the Royal Women's Hospital.
This includes reactive and planned maintenance, contractor management, and minor and project works.
You will ensure excellent customer service and communication, full adherence to WHSSE compliance, and contribute to achieving the business objectives of Cushman & Wakefield.
This role is an afternoon shift from 2 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
About you: Relevant Trade Qualification/experience – A-Grade Electrical Licence.Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role (electrical maintenance).Experience working within a healthcare or hospital environment (preferred).Experience working with integrated ICT networks and ICT systems (preferred).Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, hanging doors, fitting off hardware and locks, tiling, plastering, painting, minor shop fit-outs and de-fit outs, signage installation, furniture relocation.Flexible with work hours to meet client expectations.Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite.Valid manual driver's licence.Australian Police Clearance Check.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work comfortably in a hospital facility.Ability to seek guidance as required.Demonstrated capacity to address complex problems within a changing work environment.Well-presented with attention to personal grooming and hygiene in keeping with work in a healthcare environment.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?17% shift loading.Being part of a growing global company.A promote-from-within culture with opportunities to develop and grow.A truly diverse and inclusive workplace.Continuous learning and development opportunities to develop personal, professional, and technical capabilities.We have a vision of the future, where people simply belong.
