Campaign Strategy & Execution Conduct targeted keyword and audience research, create high-conversion ad copy, and run A/B tests for continuous improvement. Allocate budgets effectively across Google and YouTube platforms, leveraging strategic bids to meet ROAS targets. Utilize Google Merchant Centre to manage and optimize product feeds for increased ad visibility. 2. Performance Optimization & Data Analysis Regularly refine bids, keywords, and targeting based on metrics like CTR and CPA to drive better performance. Collaborate on landing page improvements to boost conversion rates. Track competitor activity and industry trends to keep campaigns competitive and effective. 3. Reporting & Client Communication Provide clear reports highlighting KPIs and campaign achievements with actionable insights. Regularly update clients on progress, recommend optimizations, and ensure alignment with e-commerce goals for optimal outcomes. Skills we are looking for 1+ years of Agency experience working with platforms like Google Ads, and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), and experience with campaign types such as Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube ads. Understanding of Google Analytics (and/or GA4) to track performance metrics, analyze user behaviour, and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimizations. Ability to set, monitor, and adjust bids and budgets to optimize return on ad spend (ROAS) while managing client budgets effectively. Experience with Google Merchant Centre for managing product feeds and optimizing e-commerce listings to improve visibility in shopping campaigns. Experience with A/B and multivariate testing on ads, landing pages, and strategies to identify what drives the best results and refine campaigns accordingly. Skills in data visualization platforms like Google Data Studio or Tableau for creating clear, insightful reports, and presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) effectively.
