About the role Are you a Change Management professional with a passion for delivering impactful training and supporting large-scale transformation projects?
CSR is seeking a Change & Training Manager to lead change and training initiatives for our SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) project across Australia.
As a Change & Training Manager, you will be responsible for leading change management activities, stakeholder engagement, and training development and delivery for the new WMS.
You'll be accountable for business readiness and ensuring employees are equipped to adopt new ways of working.
This will be a full time, fixed term position for 2 years.
Key Responsibilities: Hands on delivery of change activities and training programs Conduct impact assessments and design interventions to mitigate risks Engage and support leaders to drive adoption and employee readiness Deliver face-to-face training across multiple sites (travel required) Collaborate with key stakeholders across HR, Operations, and Leadership teams What You'll Bring: Extensive experience in Change Management & Training Delivery Experience in large-scale transformation projects within complex environments Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills SAP knowledge or experience (ideal) Experience working with Project Management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
