Administrative Assistant
You will complete a Certificate III Business qualification over 12 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct phone calls, and provide information to clients
* General administrative duties including handling mail and deliveries, managing office supplies and inventory, data entry, and keeping the office tidy and organized
* Assist with preparing documents, reports, presentations, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping
* Record keeping and handling confidential and sensitive information
Requirements:
* Commitment to both on and off the job training
* Enthusiasm and willingness to learn towards the traineeship and learning opportunity
* Able to work as part of a team
* Punctual, honest, and reliable
* Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
