This Building Automation Products & Services MNC has strong commercial channel partnerships in ANZ from which it distributes and services its technologically advanced products. This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s national strategy with a view to be accountable for the full sales results of the business ensuring profitability and vision are managed.
Your new role
Reporting to the Regional CEO, you will need to provide inspirational leadership balancing the internal and external demands of the role. The role includes end to end P&L management of four revenue generating service lines, ownership and execution of long-term strategy and operational direction for the country. The role is also tasked with leading M&A and integration activities in Australia.
What you'll need to succeed
This exciting opportunity requires an outstanding Degree / MBA qualified executive with the ability to develop and maintain strong B2B sales relationships across APAC. Previous experience in a MNC industrial products or building automation would be advantageous. The successful candidate will also have experience in creating an engaged workforce and winning culture based on performance and empowerment. Melbourne Head Office location, however, the company is open to candidates commuting for the role.
