CQ Health's Workforce Division plays an integral role in the effective management of the people resources for our service.
The Division takes the lead role in the attraction, retention, learning and development, performance, discipline, change management, workforce planning, safety and well-being and engagement of our most important asset - "our people".
The Workforce Division Unit comprises approximately 40 human resource practitioners who provide a high quality, client-focused and value-adding human resource services to management and staff throughout the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service.
About the role:The Senior Advisor Workforce Planning and Design provides insightful analysis and recommendations to the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS) Service Leaders to address the gaps identified between current and projected workforce; identifying efficiencies and strategic improvement that benefit a growing community service and the workforce.
You will have the opportunity to test your analytical skill, creating a range of scenario-based options of choice, using a range of factors including acuity data, service scope and models-of-care to understand workforce needed and identify gaps to ensure CQHHS best meets its strategic objectives sustainably within budget constraints and industrial provisions.
About you:Whilst not mandatory, possession of a relevant tertiary qualification or experience gained in workforce planning or a similar Human Resources/People and Culture advisory or support role with a focus on workforce planning would be highly regarded.What we offer:Total remuneration value of up to $148,323 is comprised of:
