Salary package of up to $103,588 includes a base salary of ($70,168 - $91,675) pro-rata plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
As a Librarian at TAFE NSW, you’ll play a crucial role in empowering our diverse student body by providing top-notch information literacy instruction and support, both face to face and online, locally and statewide. You’ll be at the forefront of developing and promoting innovative, customer-focused library services that are key to our students’ educational success.
The Gunnedah team travels to Narrabri weekly and to Coonabarabran as needed for business. This part-time role offers 17.5 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Library hours are Monday to Friday.
Qualified Librarians who are eligible for associate membership of ALIA, (Australian Library and Information Association) are invited to apply.

* Qualifications: Eligible for Associate membership of the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) with an ALIA-accredited library and information science qualification.
* Expertise: Strong knowledge of library and information service concepts, principles, and theory.
* Tech-Savvy: Understanding of library systems, practices, procedures, and current developments, with the ability to support evolving library technologies.
* Adaptable: Willingness to travel weekly to Narrabri and as needed to Coonabarabran for business.
