A leading memebership based organisation is looking for a Finance Manager Your new companyA membership based organisation, an excellent place to work with flexible working in place. Your new roleAs the Finance Manager, you will support the CEO with the overall management of the finance team. This role will require a hands on finance manager to join the team to manage a team of 2. Duties will include:Management of the organisation's finances end to end, ensuring compliance with reporting and invoicing.Support the Senior Financial Accountant with financial reporting and budgeting.Ensure compliance with all reporting obligations, manage internal and external audits and tax requirements.Oversee the payroll bi-weekly.Monitor the banking activities to maximise the interest available on funds.Support the ongoing implementation of the new ERP system.Ensure assets are managed effectively and efficiently.Contribute and support the executive team with strategic decision-making and strategy formulation.What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be a CA/CPA qualified Finance Manager, ideally with team management experience from a similar sized organisation. This role will suit someone highly technical to oversee the end to end finance function, support the current team and as well deliver figures to the executive board.
