Purpose of the role: Join a powerhouse in entertainment as a Senior Promo Producer, you'll be the creative force behind major promotional campaigns. You'll drive the entire promo process, from concept to execution, ensuring the network's top-level promos hit the mark.
You will craft promos that set the tone for must-watch TV. Spark excitement, build anticipation, and ensure our biggest shows-like MasterChef, Survivor, I'm a Celebrity, and The Amazing Race-get the audience they deserve.
Functions will also include:
* Develop and execute high-impact launch promos that set the tone for major shows.
* Watch episodes, research audience insights, identify the best angles, and create engaging concepts.
* Nail the right messaging and tone to capture attention.
* Guide voice talent to bring your script to life.
* Collaborate on graphics and audio mixing to ensure a polished final product.
* Occasionally direct shoots when a campaign needs original footage, you'll step behind the camera.
* Delivering the perfect promo means tight deadlines and high expectations-this is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments.
This is what we're looking for:
Experience:
* 10+ years in television, including 5+ years in promo production.
* Proven experience cutting high-profile launch campaigns at an FTA network.
Skills & Attributes:
* Creative storytelling - You know how to turn an idea into an engaging, audience-driven promo.
* Expert editing - Strong AVID editing skills are a must.
* Sharp copywriting - Your scripts are punchy, memorable, and drive viewership.
* Strong communicator - You can give clear, concise direction and collaborate effectively.
* Problem solver under pressure - You adapt quickly, meet deadlines, and bring a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
* Highly organized - Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to juggle multiple projects.
Bonus Points If You Have:
* Directing experience-while not essential, it's a definite plus!
