This well-established and award-winning multidisciplinary architectural studio are looking for an Project Administrator to join their team. The role requires a highly organised individual with the relevant project management experience, accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
They are looking for a proactive team player who can liaise directly with clients, manage data entry and accounts payable & receivable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accurate and timely entry of data into accounts system
2. Liaise with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders for all accounts matters including invoicing and fees
3. Assist Project Lead with project timelines, forecasting and schedule tracking
4. Manage project archiving and document control; both electronic and hardcopy
5. Assist with any typing, proofreading and formatting of all project letters
6. Arrange travel and meetings for studio teams
7. Provide any other administrative assistance as required including booking couriers, ordering office supplies etc.
8. Ensure general conformance with all related aspects of the Quality Management System
Skills and Experience
9. Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the architecture, interior design or construction sector
10. Experience with accounts management, payable & receivable
11. Experience of document control processes and software
12. Exceptional organisational skills
13. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people of all levels
