As a Scheduling Officer in our aged and disability care team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive timely, compassionate, and personalised care. You’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily schedules of our care team, ensuring shifts are assigned based on client needs, care worker availability, and continuity of care. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication abilities to handle last-minute adjustments and maintain smooth operations.
