THE ROLE : This role will encompass responsibilities including generating media schedules, processing orders, and liaising with the Ad Operations team to deliver successful campaigns and meet each client's KPIs. Campaign activation & optimisation: working with the Ad Operations and Programmatic team, you will ensure that campaigns set up are completed effectively, provide delivery updates across the Programmatic team's portfolio, and prepare PCRs for required clients. You will also set up PMP (Private Marketplace deals) in supply-side platforms and ensure these deals are activated and used throughout the campaign period. You will also participate in process improvement initiatives and help improve the overall client support experience. MORE ABOUT YOU : Experience in providing administrative support and basic knowledge of programmatic. Strong organisation and time management skills to help support delivery of digital campaign activities. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, as well as its CRM functionalities, data, and reporting capabilities are advantageous. Experience in generating reports, creating presentations, and managing data in spreadsheet and presentation formats supports efficient administrative tasks and reporting activities.
